Where can I track my order?
Use the order number shown on your payment confirmation page on our order tracking page. Save that confirmation link; order numbers are not currently sent by SMS or email.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please read our returns and exchanges policy before ordering. If something is wrong with your delivery, contact the team with your order number and photos for review.
How do gift vouchers work?
Choose an amount and add your recipient's details on the gift voucher page. The voucher code can be applied at checkout. Purchase availability depends on the store's payment connection.
